Cajun and Creole cuisine isn't difficult to prepare, but you have to know some tricks. That's why at Casa Pelican Bed and Breakfast and Cooking School we believe that the best way to master any dish is to prepare it in a 'hands-on'. That's why we keep all our cooking classes small (maximum 8 for open classes) so there's lots of opportunity to work with the food and plenty of time for all your questions.
